Bear Watching: Black bears awaken from hibernation in early April. During the lower tides bears arrive on the beach to gobble assorted seafoods. It is not uncommon to find a mother bear with cubs.

Marine transportation is on the 30' motor vessel Blackish, built as a fast and sturdy crew boat. We have a great furnace, a washroom and large slider windows for clear photos. Tours comfortably seat 12 with room on the aft deck for viewing wildlife. We follow all wildlife viewing guidelines. Also kayak transport.
